“I was fortunate to work with Christie over the past two years to drive my professional development and growth. She helped me develop a personalized toolkit of reminders, actions, and processes that maximize my effectiveness across various situations and with a full range of stakeholders, from direct reports to senior leaderships. Christie brings a broad perspective and great listening skills, and guided me to realize my own insights. Most importantly, she helped me see when I was blocking myself and how to get out of my own way. With these new skills, I’ve improved my effectiveness and progressed into higher profile roles. Thanks Christie!”
