Executive Development for Women Leaders

Each Circuit Limited to 16 Participants (one per organization)

Fusion Leader Circuits (FLCs) ignite learning through neutral forums connecting senior leaders across industries and communities. Each FLC is designed to meet the unique learning needs of its participants. FLC is a 12-month leadership development program that provides learning opportunities through a blend of group coaching sessions, private speaker sessions, and community networking events.

FLCs provide peer learning opportunities and support based on the core development themes identified by participants. Example focus areas: Executive Presence, Leading Change, Influence, Strategic Agility, Culture, and Communication
